If you were planning on buying, what are you waiting for??? It is worth it to explore the numbers with a REALTOR; to see if it is worth SELLING to BUY. Time and time again, it is!
Well, we did it again at RE/MAX. We have had significantly more real estate transactions than any of our competitors. RE/MAX isn't the biggest as far as the number of agents, but it's the biggest in the number of sales. Go figure.
